Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Elem.72 as a new layer

Resize 69%

Paste Elem.118 as a new layer

Resize 56%

Hold your shift key down and select every panel of the windows with your magic wand

Selections, Modify, Expand 2

Paste the face of your tubed image as a new layer ( You will have to duplicate the image about 4 times

Selections, Invert, Delete each facial image

Selections, Select None

Use your eraser tool to clean up

X out the white background, mask layer and window layer

Merge the facial image layers

Un X everything else

In your layer palette lower the opasity of the face images as desired

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place in the center

Paste Elem.27 as a new layer

Resize 46%

Place at the bottom left 

Duplicate

Image, Mirror

Paste Elem.66 as a new layer

Resize 25%

Place at the bottom center
