Supplies: 

  PSP XII

  PTU Tube used is called "Valentina" By Victoria Fox which can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Puppy Love" By Inzpired Creationz which can be purchased HERE

  Font used is "Simply Glamerous" which is a FTU font ( I get all my FTU fonts at 1001 Free Fonts)

  Eye Candy 4000..Gradient Glow...(I use this to highlight my text and © info. on all tags created)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

Let's Begin:

Open a new work space 700 X 500

Paste Heart 1 as a new layer

Place to the left

Paste your tubed image as a new layer

Resize as needed

Place at the right

Paste Sparkles 4 as a new layer

Resize 85%

Send under everything

Paste Wordart 2 as a new layer

Resize 62%

Place to the left

Add a small red gradient glow

Apply a drop shadow

Add a small white gradient glow

Send under everything

Duplicate

Move to the right

Paste Bracelet 1 as a new layer

Resize 90%

Place at the bottom

Use your eraser tool to remove the silver ends

Paste CD as a new layer

Resize 30%

Place at the bottom left

Paste Gift 2 as a new layer
